Members who are given operator permissions in custom servers should be able to fly in the game lobby. This would allow operators to just have some fun, and it would help other players tell which players are operators. It might also help players get some cool screenshots

id say a reason custom server operators would want to fly would be to spectate a bit easier, if theyre having people practice or something, then they could easily supervise.
