I was thinking about making a suggestion like this until I saw this. But another suggestion would be to be able to trade cosmetics and could earn them back (Ones that can still be earned).

there could be countermeasures like a warning that says “hey bro, you’re trading a rare costume for a random one, are you sure you wanna accept” but there would likely still be scams going on regardless
