So, a lot of people with low-end devices including me have been kicked out of the hub due to all the players that were in the hub and this would help a lot if there was an option to show/hide players in the hub which will make performance increase. (edited Oct 12)
You can do “/toggleperformance” which will drastically reduce the number of players visible to you in the hub. This won’t affect your friends. Just in-case you weren’t aware of this command

I do indeed think a way to fully toggle off players on hive like what hypixel and a lot of other servers have (mostly java servers due to that games awful optimization). However bedrock could use this also

Seems like that command doesn’t make my tablet/phone/pc faster. 
It won’t increase your frame rates exponentially but will give you a slight buff since lower number of people will need to load up. This doesn’t affect in-game only in hubs.
