. I think the hive should add hub Capes like capes that u can wear I had to download a texture pack for my own cape but I would definitely buy a cape from hive example:
The price of a cape could be: 160 minecoins ; 2$
Or be more expensive like hats with there rarities
And colored like hats

This one specifies hub as well as games. 
Even if this ia a dupe or not you could just make your own cape for free with blockbench or a photo editor website if you have the cape file.
But what op is suggesting is ones that are visible to everyone…
