I’d like to formally suggest that Ultimate rank users receive free access to premium seasonal event rewards, including the current Christmas event. Ultimate is the highest rank in Hive, and users who have invested in this tier have already demonstrated their commitment to the server. It’s only fair that this investment comes with perks that reflect the dedication and loyalty of top-tier players.
I completely understand if Hive+ or free-to-play users are required to pay for these rewards, as they are not at the same level of investment. However, Ultimate users have paid extra to reach the top rank, and charging for premium event rewards on top of that feels inconsistent with the value that the rank already provides.
In many other games, such as Call of Duty with it’s Blackcell, top-tier or premium users are given exclusive priority and perks for events and seasonal content. Hive could adopt a similar approach, offering Ultimate users free premium rewards to acknowledge their status and encourage continued engagement. This would not only reward loyalty but also strengthen the community’s perception of fairness and respect for invested players.

This probably won’t happen for a number of reasons.
It’s already out and many ultimate ranks bought it.
Ultimate is only $20, which isn’t that much “dedication” tbh, especially since you already get tons of perks.
It would most likely lose hive lots of money, ultimate ranks are the people who will pay for stuff most often. Which means that hive would lose so much revenue.
i get that it wont be retroactive for ppl who already bought it im not tryna take anything away from them just saying going forward ult is top rank they paid extra for the highest tier it makes sense for seasonal premium rewards to be included as part of that rank its about fairness and consistency not losing revenue cuz ult users already invest most in the server anyway its just aligning perks with the rank they already paid for
That’s true! Some people were also gifted Ultimate so they didn’t necessarily buy it themselves. Now, if it was a 40-50 dollar rank instead, (though that would be a bit much for a rank) I could understand being given additional seasonal perks and etc. But you can’t just give away bundles for free! If it was a trial thing, like Ult gets 4 premium gifts for free, I could understand that I guess, but even then. If they want it bad enough, they’ll find a way to buy it lol.

To account for fairness you first have to take the price into consideration. You would saving $10 only spending $20. I don’t think that’s fair for non-rank holders.
That’s also true, but maybe seasonal qp would be more reasonable. Or, having the perk of getting the free gifts that you missed, if you did end up missing any. But the pass is meant to pay for extra cosmetics, and it’s supposed to have Ticket rewards, sort of. And Tickets aren’t free, so the price makes sense to me. But I bought Ultimate more for a purple name and bee pet soooo…
Bro, the price ain’t the point, it’s about the principle. Ultimate is the top rank. Users pay for that commitment already. It’s not about saving £10 it’s about recognizing loyalty and respecting invested players. Non-rank holders paying is fine, they’re lower tier, and that’s understood. The £/$ value doesn’t change the fact that Ultimate users should get perks that match their status. respectfully
True, I get that the seasonal pass has its perks like tickets and cosmetics, and Ultimate already comes with exclusive stuff like purple name and pets. I’m not saying Ultimate users shouldn’t pay for extra content if it’s genuinely new or optional, just that giving top-tier players free seasonal rewards recognizes the investment and loyalty we already showed. It’s about principle and fairness, not taking away anything from non-Ultimate or casual users.
But again, you can’t just throw price out the window. It’s not good for hives revenue, and is unfair. I would love to see ult rank get more perks, but not $10 savings on a $20 rank.

The perks included in Ultimate rank are clearly listed at the time of purchase. On top of this, our ranks are a one-time payment and not subscription or season based.
It would make no financial sense to include future/seasonal premium content in this rank.
