The Just Build Update :hammer_and_wrench:

Just Build is for me the greatest server Build Battle but it needs some little improvements.

Here is all!

There are some things that Hive could add:

  • 1: Add a custom section for every custom block OR put custom blocks in right places (for example dirt customs blocks in nature section) :translations:
  • 2: Add bone meal to generate grass in the ground and make plants grow (for example it could be useful for make trees)
  • 3: Add a new report section: Block Spam. You can use this when someone had placed a lot of blocks without sense.
  • 4: Another report section: Vote Spam. You can use this when a lot of players vote “Meh” your build. This button appears only at your build.
  • 5: (Again) Another report section: AFK/No build. You can use it when a build is empty and the player was AFK/wasn’t doing anything.
  • 6: Add more levels. Feel free to suggest anything for this.
  • 7: Add AI for inappropiate builds: This AI could kick you if it detect any common inappropiate build.
  • 8: Be able to fly during end of the game to see for last time (if you don’t have Replay Cinema) your build.
A Summary
  • Add Fanfares
  • Confetti for celebrating!
  • 11: Add a parkour to the hub, so players can have something to do while waiting! Maybe a parkour around the mech?

I’ll vote but more levels do not need to be added. Just Build is the hardest game to level up on (mainly because of “Meh” spammers) and it would just be a major disappointment if they added more levels.

This could be useful but unlucky it doesn’t exist on Bedrock and The Hive, I think, can’t make a similar thing.

they could def add it. just have the game test if your holding it and change the rt and lt functions if it is, same concept as mining a block with a different tool or stripping a log or tilling some dirt

edit: also in ctf you can drop the flag with your drop button (q down on dpad or press and hold item) so theyre clearly not very limited

I like you’re ideas I just have one question why have a report option for Block Spam? Isn’t it already punishing enough losing by spamming blocks?

Well… It’s something that happens more rarely than inappropiate builds but sometimes you may had notice players that placed blocks with non sense.

What I mean with example: a day I saw a lot of Ender Dragon eggs in line. Nothing else this was the build of player. I couldn’t use Inappropiate or Off-Topic because he actually didn’t make inappropiate things and he was even in theme (Ender Dragon).

We also need flint and steel, and new 1.20 blocks, because if you’re playing 1.20.10 and below you can see message in chat: “Your Minecraft version will no longer supporting, in order to play The Hive, you need to update to newer version”, so it is reason to add 1.20 blocks
