So, I got another idea for a power up

The Scrambler :crazy_face:

Zuk is back with a power-up! This power-up would summon Zuk to DJ some other players to their demise. It would summon records :cd: that would be thrown at all other players besides you. If someone gets hit by them, they’d get thrown to the edge of the containment system. The only way for them to get back to the platform would be to use a leap or color teleporter. Of course, the person who used this power-up would be invincible to the records.

Also the power up would only last one round.

Kind of OP, maybe it could be a Block Randomizer instead?
Basically a Block Randomizer changes the colored block that has been chosen into a different one. :one:

ok so since i like suggesting ideas, here are some:
Elimination Beacons:

  • Lightning
  • Disco
    Elimination Messages
    *danced untill they dropped(this might be a message idk
    *ragequit
    Elimination Sounds:
  • Level 30: Another one bites the dust(snippet of the song) (idk about this idea bc copyright tho)
  • Level 49: Custom death sounds(obv with a system to check for innapropriate sounds)

Btw responding to @Daviditaly64 probably hive sounds, but maybe players.
The hive sounds would be moderated, but it would be cool to see players uploading their own sounds to use

I thinked a bit, I didn’t add custom sounds because there are a lot of problems about…

  • Sound Approval
    Every sound, appropiate or not, should be sent to Hive moderation to get added. That make Hive get a lot of work.

  • Sound Upload
    If your sound gets approved how they would upload it to Minecraft? To add custom sounds you should make a mod, and making a mod for each one isn’t possible…

  • Rec
    Also, how do you register it?

I don’t have nothing against you, but this isn’t possible, sorry!
At least, I added a custom sound that it isn’t that hard to make (Rock Guitar).

This is a really magnificent idea! This should be implemented. It will add a lot of variety to the game and also bring back a lot of players because of the level.

I think it’s really funny how my gamemodes post still has more votes xd

Maybe another gamemode idea could be this:

Bomb Mayhem - The only way to stand on the correct colour block is to find a bomb before the time runs out!
