*Show that the age requirement is 13+ at the top of the login/create account
In the blue box, it would be nice to have a notice saying “It is required that you need to be over 13 years old to join.” or something because most kids probably don’t read the rules.
They can’t really list all terms of servive in the blue box and it would just clutter it. You always have to agree to ToS when joining a platform and you can’t say “oh, i didn’t know that’s not allowed”. Also the following part of The Hive’s ToS should be clear enough in my opinion.

I think what Hudson is saying is that most people especially those who might be underage won’t read Hive’s ToS fully so he is is suggesting that they include being 13+ in the blue box not the whole statement. Therefore the blue box wouldn’t become cluttered.

The Hive’s Tos is clear but some people won’t read it fully.
I agree that it’d be a bit cluttered but I still think it’s necessary.

Yes… but I can see some kids ignoring the rule even if it was more obvious.

It wouldn’t stop every underage from joining but it would definitely stop some, good idea
