Well, wool takes kind of time to break. Therefore, my suggestion is to add shears in the gamemode.
Bedwars is very fun- cause it’s very strategic. Adding shears as a tool will enhance the quality of the game even more.
I think it would cost like 16 or 18 gold- it would be cool.

I accidentally created the same topic too, by mistake (I removed the info and flagged it).
Anyways, shears could cost around 15 gold ingots or 5 diamonds (Diamonds don’t have a wide variety of uses in shop, compared to the others (armor, bridge builders, iron axe and pickaxe, deepslate and that’s all.) Even emeralds seem to have more uses (or is it my idea?)).
But still I think 15-16 gold for shears is good.
Again- we can also buy bows and iron swords with diamonds.
WHY NOT???
Even though the only tool that affects wool breaking speed in this time in BedWars were swords, it still isn’t fast enough compared to shears.

I don’t know how many people know this but there was a thing in the sweat community called shear pvp, it was basically block pvp, but much more advanced and you used shears in order to break blocks for movement purposes, or to quickly damage someone and replace the block to avoid them damaging you as well, shears were also used to trap people and that was always fun. They should 100% make a return, tbh them removing shears probably upsets me the most more than any other item they removed.
The top top top tier sweat community* barely anyone did it, but a few of the people you played with
I tried for a while to learn how to do it after fighting you while you did it, it never seemed worth it to fully learn it.
I understand that not many people did it, I’m just talking about why I enjoyed shears and why I would like them to make a return
