The minigame is steve infection
Steve infection is where u start off as a human or a steve if ur a steve punch someone to infect them

I don’t think the hive is planning to add this as a New Gamemode, it’s already a seasonal game. So there is no point of adding This :>

As stated by @HeyyImmEmma, this minigame sounds very similar to the existing Halloween minigame, Ghost Invasion. You can learn all about Ghost Invasion here. As a result, I feel this minigame is just too similar.
