Backrooms gets voted over and over again, but the balancing changes others have suggested would make the experience too easy. I suggest moving Backrooms out of the MM queue entirely, and having it be it’s own MM sub-gamemode until the hype dies down.
This separate queue could have its own /q command and would only have the Backrooms map. This would eliminate map voting entirely, and the Backrooms map would be removed from the normal MM map voting. Backrooms would still be played every game like it usually is, but now MM players can enjoy the game without the Backrooms people ruining their experience.
As one sleepyhead who got the costume the game right after I got the code, I think the back rooms puzzle is hard, so we should be able to do this so the grinders won’t keep leaving.

I’m pretty sure the constant spam of map-voting is going to slow down in a couple of months when more of the players start to either get bored, or have already gotten the cosmetic.
I don’t want to get rid of it, I love this map and enjoy playing it. I just feel bad for the people who just want to play the game and don’t want to play the same map every time.
