Hot Drops improvement needed

Hot Drops: Everyone should evenly participate

Hey! What I think is that the timezone where all the hot drops drop should be linear when it drops in UTC time of 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM where EU gets two chances while NA and AS only gets one so it wouldnt really be fair when EU gets the advantage of having two chances as I said it should be linear by adding another drop since theres 2 drops with 750 of them and 3 with 500 and that still equals the same amount.
