I’m not really a big fan of these hot drops, twice now I’ve pressed confirm both times the second it opens and nothings been given into my account or said anything, I’m on console and the way it holds me over the close button first throws me off, me and my friend had no chance as I feel there’s a massive advantage to PC players then console, the second I press confirm the second time, nothing happens. (And yes have 5 gift tokens) so I do feel like this needs massive improvement. It’s a great idea, just not fair to a lot of people not just me.
The fact that they only gave out 750 isn’t good either bc like someone else pointed out there’s over 2000 people on the server even when they do the second drop that’s still not enough for everyone else im not getting up at 4 in the morning for a hat

It was actually 20,000 they said, I would have done it in the afternoon but decided it was best for me to get the hat at 6am in the morning and luckily I got it
The email I got for it says 750 but congratulations on getting the hat though 
Sorry to hear you didn’t manage to obtain the most recent Hot Drop.
Unfortunately, due to there being limited stock, this sometimes means that not everybody will be able to get their hands on each one.
There are a number of factors that could have caused this, including device and internet latency. I will be sure to pass on your feedback. We are looking to further improve the Hot Drop system to make it fairer.
