Add Levels on HUB!

In every minigame There are Levels, So we can do it for the Hub, You can Get XP for Quests that you can do on HUB!

Example if you Find Something or If you Go to/Find a Certain amount of place. This will make the Hub More Explorable!

Player Gets a Visible Tag What is your Level in HUB!!
