What is the bug?

Here are several replay ids showcasing the issue of players going through the floor. It happened around 2-3 weeks ago, nothing since then it seems. And only happened in Hospital, one time in China Town (couldn’t find id again, the list is quite long to get there) :

  • Player going through floor and not coming back, and one player going through… a wall before falling ? (3 weeks ago) : 48834,0d0c0514b9f26b73
  • Player going through floor and not coming back, asking help (2 weeks ago) : 48837,0d0d933769e0f59b
  • Player going through floor and not coming back (2 weeks ago) : 48875,0d20d77f3c51acc2

We are looking into these types of issues from our end, we are aware and we are working hard to see what we can do to mitigate these issues, however, a big reason why these issues exist can be due to a bad connection to the server.
