There should be a way to change when the day ends and begins, fixing login streaks for many players.
The majority of the server is on NA region, and many people (like me) feel like it is a little weird that the time is altered. Where I live, my login streak will change at 7:00pm, instead of 12:00am where it should be. I have a simple solution to this.
SOLUTION:
When the player first joins, ask them what timezone they would like to play in. Once selected, a new timezone cannot be changed for a month to prevent players from doing quests really early too often.
There wouls be roughly 3 - 7 regions, incuding:
-7 (Central North America)
-3 (Eastern South America)
0 (Western Europe)
+5 (Western Asia)
+10 (Australia, Eastern Asia)
While there could be extras like +7 (Central Asia) and -5 (Eastern North America) I dont want to have the Hive team feel stressed, so maybe just these 5. (Prioritize -7, 0, +10 imo)
Anyways, I think it would feel much better for me if I dont have to worry I get home late one day and forget my 60+ Hive streak…
