DR second Player visibility item bug

What is the bug?
When the game of DR started, a second visibility item appeared on the third slot of my hotbar. I still had the original one on the last hotbar slot and both of the items functioned normaly

Also before the game started I have selected 3rd slot in the hotbar in the lobby, I hope that helps
