Cross-platform gaming should be optional

As of now, when someone plugs in a keyboard to their Xbox, Microsoft does not provide the Hive with that data and thus keyboard players may still be allowed to play with controller players. I understand there is only so much developers at Hive can do, but I want to know if this might change in the future and if the team as aspirations for making changes to PBMM.

They do have that information and is actually planned.

A flaw of PBMM is that someone could connect a controller to say, a mobile device and be put into games with touchscreen players as a controller player.
