I think they all have this anyway (PBMM) but there is a better solution to control-based advantages. IBMM (Input-Based Matchmaking).

A flaw of PBMM is that someone could connect a controller to say, a mobile device and be put into games with touchscreen players as a controller player. Meanwhile if IBMM was implemented, this person with a controller on their tablet would be playing with other controller players. Its not perfect, due to ping but its sure better than PBMM.

So Basically, instead of PBMM it should be IBMM.
