First time using the forum so apologies in advance if I mess something up but Hive support advised me to post this here, I think I’m doing it right
Bedwars Duos, North America but playing in UK the map on this occasion was Enigma but I’ve seen it happen on most maps.
The bug is that when playing bedwars duos I’ve noticed that sometimes when you click to go into the shop, all the controls disappear from the screen so you’re stuck unable to do anything. The video linked bellow shows it better but basically you loose the arrows, jump button, and menu buttons at the top and are only left with the video view of what’s happening around you but unable to move or leave. This happens completely randomly. Sometimes it doesn’t happen at all but then sometimes it happens basically every time one game after another.
I play on an iPhone 12 Pro Max with the most up to date version of Minecraft (V1.21.22) but my sister has also experienced the same thing multiple when playing on her Amazon fire tablet (not sure of the exact model but it’s not the most recent but the one before that and playing on the current up to date Minecraft version) my sister is able to fix the bug by pressing the Amazon fire back button when she swipes in from the bottom but on an iPhone there’s nothing you can do but completely shut down Minecraft and reload it (going offline from server and
Bro, this happens to one of my friends all the time. idk why it happens, but it might be maybe they flicker your controls off and onmwhen you buy something(I think that’s in treasure wars). its also in ctf.

when I play a game of CTF, sometimes the game will randomly freeze and my controls will disappear, the game still proceeds as normal and other players are playing but you can’t move. I don’t have hide HUD on in my settings. If you want to replicate it usually happens after I get killed or close a menu (in the photo I just closed the shop menu and i was frozen). Normally players from the other team killing you fixes it but sometimes it doesn’t. You can’t move at all whatsoever unless you are hit and then you’ll get kicked for being afk

This happened to me multiple times already. I play Bedwars Squads on my iPhone 14. I open the item shop and my inventory and pause button disappear and then I get kicked for AFK.
Since they aren’t giving enough info, I’ll just tell you some.
The glitch occurs when opening a menu. It is not in a specific Gamemode. If you happen to get this bug, you will have to completely re start your game.
This occurred to me when I was opening a menu on a Amazon fire kindle. On Minecraft version I believe was 1.21 but I could be wrong.
Oh wait do you mean when sometines you open uis and it doesnt open and youre just sruck yeah that happens sometines just swipe up and press the arrow to go back (this only works on certain devices like tablets)
It s probably(and I believe) is a Minecraft bug, it has happened to me on zeta A LOT(when using custom ui), with causes maybe from
-Lag
-Screen Animation/Load problem
that’s what I think is the cause of this. But no, I don’t think this is a hive bug.
