Chicken Pet
I think this would be a cute pet. I could make it Hive styled, but just an idea

Nah, it could cause controversy in chat. For example, some sort of argument could go like this:
“(X) Haha, you have KFC as a pet! 
”
“(Y) don’t do that to the poor chicken! You’re the KFC!”
It could cause arguments between those who eat meat+vegetables and vegans, and possibly make people from either side offend the other.
honestly, this is a meh idea for that reason.

This kind of is already a suggestion (well, half of it). I do agree with you, we need more pets!
How did you even get that, literally no-one on the face of the earth is going to make fun of someone for having a chicken as a pet and comparing it to KFC, like the same could be said for something like the enderman pet, like “haha you have a baby as a pet,” it just makes no sense
