Capture the flag glitches when you try and upgrade/buy

CTF glitches my screen when you try and upgrade the team or buy items for yourself, it happens often and then you get removed due to inactivity

Controls disappear and player freezes

First time using the forum so apologies in advance if I mess something up but Hive support advised me to post this here, I think I’m doing it right Bedwars Duos, North America but playing in UK the map on this occasion was Enigma but I’ve seen it happen on most maps. The bug is that when playing bedwars duos I’ve noticed that sometimes when you click to go into the shop, all the controls disappear from the screen so you’re stuck unable to do anything.
