On rare occasions in Block Party whilst falling off the map and using ‘Block Teleporter’ The powerup will not be used and will say ’ you cannot teleport without and active round’ displayed in chat, despite it being an active round.

Thanks for submitting a bug report.
This is actually intended behavior. Due to how powerful color teleporters are compared to the other powerups, you only have a certain amount of time to use one during a round, and must activate it before the round ends.
