Idea:
If a player invites you to a party, they receive a message in chat notifying them that you’re already in another party (if you are).
i.e: “This player is currently in a party. Would you like to send them an invite anyway?”

Often times, I receive multiple different party invites from multiple different people whenever I’m online. Although I’d love to join and accept everyone’s party invites, I can only participate in one party at a time. Currently, whenever I receive all these invites, I usually just ignore them since there isn’t any other way to tell them I’m already in a party (unless they’re in the same game/lobby as me, of course). However, sometimes this can lead to the player spamming party invites to me on my side, which I don’t exactly fancy too much. By adding a message notifying the player that you’re already in a party, it could give them a better understanding as to why you may be “ignoring” them.
Although it’s just a minor addition, I believe it could just help others understand one another better as well as reduce invite spam… or at least lessen it a bit

Glad this got bumped, I’ve thought about this exact thing actually but never found this post since it was 5 years old. Really good idea in my opinion bc it would allow you to politely decline a party invite without fully denying it, which I am always reluctant to do in case my current party disbands/I leave.
Bump. I was going to post something exactly like this, but this already exists. Please add this It’s so annoying to get spam invited while your in a party.
