Add Hive++ rank

I think the Hive should add a new rank called Hive++ rank cuz it will be a lot better than hive*

Perks:
Maybe an aqua Name tag
Some costumes
The ability to Nick in game
Maybe have 50 players cs or 40
And more party slots
