I, Anzo, believe that Skywars’ XP distribution is rather slow-going. I believe that some experiences are best designed to be methodical and ultimately, rewarding. However, I personally believe Sky Wars’ system is far too slow.
The recent treatment of games such as Ground Wars and Speed Builders has presented me with a feeling of gratitude, fulfilling a much needed ease for games I care about.
As it stands with Skywars, it objectively is one of the best experiences available to the community; I believe the road to max level should be somewhat more accessible.
They literally recently increased XP when the Prestige update came, just get Hive + or ++ if that’s the case

However true that may remain, I have prepared some mathematics to illustrate my stance.
In a solo hypothetical:
- One wins every two games they play (50/2 XP)
- 5 kills/game and get the team elimination bonus (60 XP + 40 XP)
- 50% of the time, they kill a kill leader (/2 XP)
- 50% of the time, they open ONE mystery chest (15/2 XP)
- It takes them 4 minutes to win a solo game.
On average, that is 137.5 (138) XP/4 minutes.
To acquire level 100, which requires 566,100 XP:
566,100/138 = 4103 games.
If every games takes 4 minutes, that is 16,499 minutes (11.45 days) of ONLY playing the game.
Say in this hypothetical, one has Hive Ultimate, a 75% XP boost.
137.5 × 1.75 = 240.625 (241)
566,100 / 241 = 2349 games
= 9396 minutes (6.525 days)
At best, it’s a non-stop week of grinding, and that is disregarding any additional time during the pre-game lobby.

I agree the xp is too little. I have played over 200 times and am only level 5.

I dont have the effort to read all of this. But the point is made clear and I understand it. Im lvl 72 in Sw. Havent played for a few months and when i came back i realised the xp gain is so slow. i won 10 games and barely moved up a bar. Its so annoying. I dont wanna no life the game.

No offence, but I think that might be down to skill. In about 50 games I could probably be lvl 15+, so it’s not that the XP is bad, its just something else
