In past years there has been a Santa clause that shows up during winterfest (2022) and sits on a chair. This chair could replace the winterfest ticket non prop and would just seem a lot better. So by default if you click on it without buying winter ticket 2025 it would just pull up the GUI like before and it would just be like the non prop in 2024 but as Santa clause 
I also do think the prop should be a present that would teleport the player to the castle. At the castle you guys can bring back some mini games like spleef and call it snow fight or whatever and all of the previous ones from like 2022 which were super fun to play. Make also a free version of winterfest ticket 2025 by calling it santas quests where you can complete a few of the game modes that come back for a costume and a hub title.
