Win Celebration locker button text isn’t translated
When viewing global unlocks, Avatars, Backblings, Costumes, Hats, and Hub Titles global locker button texts are translated to languages other than English. But out of all these cosmetics, the Win Celebration button text is left untranslated and only appears in English regardless of the language set.

Windows 11 PC, 1.21.73.
