why double clicking should be allowed

double clicking should be allowed because it not a glitch when you tap if you listen you will here it click twice i butterfly click and when i play hive i just wanna get on another server because double clicking can get you banned i understand macros because those are like hacks but double clicking i am a tryhard i need to pvp more than the other its not fun being forced to get like 5-6 cps

Agreed lol you won’t get banned for butterfly tho. But i agree as of having a model O you can’t help double clicking. I have a g903 and it double clicks sometimes. There is a difference between double clicking and autoclicking. Double clicking just gets you high cps autoclicking gets you high cps consistently
We are well aware that double clicking isn’t a ‘glitch’, but it is considered an unfair tactic and that isn’t likely to change anytime soon. I understand that sometimes it does just happen, but when you’re doing it intentionally or using it to butterfly click, you’re likely to get yourself into trouble for giving yourself an unfair advantage over other players.
Currently, PC players are still put in games with console players via player based matchmaking but this is something we are looking to separate. When that happens, we may revisit this suggestion as it’ll be less likely PC players will have much of an advantage over other players. However, platform based matchmaking will likely still be turned off when games are quiet, and a lot of younger members who play on PC may feel cheated by others using double-clicking methods.
For now, I’m going to close this suggestion since it’s not something we’ll look into right now. If, in the future, it’s seen as less of an advantage, you’re welcome to revisit this suggestion.
