The Hive doesn’t have a ton of popular games, it has some but there’s very few and while there have been arguments about how they shouldn’t make new games and instead focus on updating the one’s they have, the idea falls flat to me because there’s not gonna be just a map or an item in a game that attracts a big amount of players like Skywars or Bedwars does.
Why don’t they make some new original (or just new, doesn’t have to be original) games that people could vote to stay like how Mojang does Mob Vote, that way you could already get a player base that still wants to play the games because they voted for them to stay.
Like one year it could be Duels, Shovel Spleef, or [Insert original idea here]?
Ground/snowwars, ghost invasion, and the rest of the games are Hive’s take on popular gamemodes because humans like things they know, and not things they don’t know. That’s why Bedwars is way more popular than treasure wars (Also less sweaty).
I think we have enough a choice with the forums already.
The phantom and the glow squid are beloved mobs to the community, I’ll give you that.
Complains there’s not enough original games.
Suggests two games that aren’t original for the first vote.
