Why does it count as a loss when i requeue before the game s

Treasure Wars, any region

Whenever i requeue before the game starts (in Treasure Wars) i look at my stats and it counts as a loss. But when i have a winstreak I dont lose it. Its ruining my winrate and im wondering why it counts as a loss.

I play on win10, minecraft ver 1.20.62

I dont really have any “proof” except my stats changing

While I understand the point you are making as the game starts you are taking a slot in the match which would be indicative of forfeiting a match. We find that keeping a player’s win streak is a good middle ground as no one in the game technically beat you, but retaining a loss on your stats as you still forfeited a game.
