Way to submit evidence of hackers to moderators (vids,etc..)

Idea:
There should be a way how to report hackers faster like submiting photos videos and other materials to some admins or moderators.
[Write down your suggestion here, keep it short]
it could be done by making a new section on websites of hive where you could send in evidence of hackers to be rapidly banned afterwards .
More information:
If you play skywars and many other minigames im sure you have experienced a lot more hackers than before.
[Include any other information that you think is relevant here]
From my experience i encountered aroud 20 hackers in last 2 weeks when normally i would encounter only around 10-15 in a month normally.

Hello! Welcome to the forums!
I feel like there could be some issues with this.

  • What if you don’t replay cinema and can’t capture the hacker
  • What if the player isn’t allowed to record or screenshot?

A lot of these reports could be false because of littler kids saying some random username was hacking.

Anyways, that’s just my opinion.
Goodbye!

Hey!

There are already two ways to report players.

By using /report in-game, the replay ID, name, and reason are submitted to Moderators to look into.
You can also report in the report-players channel on Discord (though admittedly being on Discord limits the amount of people who can use that method).

However, a replay ID is arguably more effective of evidence than a screenshot or a video.

In the future, if you’d like to submit a report with extra attachments or notes you can do so on the Hive Games Discord server, however using /report in-game is just as effective. The Moderators will look into all reports as soon as they can.

While a special place on the Hive’s website would allow more people to access the Discord-like reports, I don’t think it’s necessary and I don’t think they should add it.

Have a great day

The Hive’s staff have access to the replay cinema in full, being able to see every game in thorough detail as well as each hacker in their own way.

Screenshotting and recording footage may not necessarily have enough viable evidence to punish someone, and these rejections could make responses so much longer and harder to do.

The /report feature is instant, and when someone reports them it’s usually during the game that the hacks were used, so moderators can pinpoint when and where they were used pretty efficiently anyway.

Thanks!
