Add a limit to the amount of times a player can vote a certain reaction
To prevent people from constantly saying “Meh” to builds which may actually be good, there should be a limit to each reaction, with a counter above the item bar, saying how many reactions are remaining when the reaction is held by the player.

It’s a good idea, the only problem is that sometimes the whole lobby really does have a ‘meh’ build.
Other than that, how many times could one use each? This could be problematic if there’s too little or too many, and by the time they get added no matter what we do people will already think something is wrong with it because they ‘used up all their mehs’ or really like a lot of builds and can’t continue voting good on it. It’s just a trap in waiting.
Some people also don’t vote which automatically makes them vote ‘good.’ how would we address this?
