Evertime someone dies it says: Hakeem is dead actually.
Im not sure this is how it should be??

Thanks for taking the time to submit this bug report. The most likely explanation is that one of your resource packs is replacing the death sound. I would recommend trying to replicate this issue without any resource packs enabled. If you’re still hearing this sound, then please submit another bug report.
