Verdant Hospital is an abandoned hospital with a creepy and silent atmosphere. The map features two floors, narrow corridors, medical rooms, and plenty of hiding spots. Flickering lights and ambient sounds create tension and mystery.
Layout:
Ground Floor: reception with overturned chairs, waiting room, corridors with medical exam rooms, X-ray room with windows that occasionally darken.
Upper Floor: ward with partition curtains, abandoned laboratory, balcony overlooking the reception—great vantage point for the Detective.
Gameplay:
Lots of realistic hiding spots like beds, curtains, lockers, and bathrooms.
Corridors with corners and alternate routes for ambushes or escapes.
Two main staircases and a decorative, non-working elevator.
Balanced roles: Murderer can use shadows and hidden paths, Detective has good overhead vision.
Interactive Elements:
Movable beds for cover or hiding.
X-ray windows that intermittently darken to conceal or reveal players.
Can never complain about new murder mystery maps. Perhaps we can squeeze a few into the upcoming update. Anyway I dislike the hiding part of this map; this is murder mystery, not hide and seek, you find the murderer and kill them. Other than that I quite like the map. Is the image AI or hand drawn?
The first image is the main hall of the second floor, the second image is a side room leading to the secret room. This is where the left stairs lead to.
Here is the labratory sort of room, the music disc is supposed to be a murderer powerup that costs 10 coins, and creates lightning killing anyone outside within 3 seconds (they of course get a warning)
These are the special areas only the murderer can access. To get into one of these, the murderer must pay two coins, that way they can’t just spam going in and out without interacting in the rest of the hospital.
The water fountain leads you to one of the hospital rooms.
By the way, if you don’t like it, I might just make my own post lol. But please like it, this took FOREVER to do. (like a whole entire hour of my life)
Yea but I’m just basing it on the post rn lol, also if anyone is near they could instantly be killed yknow, I think it’s fair also considering how dark it is.
I think the purpose is to provide the mur with different routes and faster transportation, however, you’re right if someone notices you in a mur-only route, its obvious, but, I think it has strategic value if used correctly. Let’s say a mur path goes directly from top floor to bottom, and the staircase is on the otherside of the map or something, if used properly, you could 1. catch people by surprise, 2. close off areas quickly with your tracker and catch the last person, 3. if sheriff bow is there, you could sneak up and kill new sheriff, etc. For this to work though, I think there should:
Be a way to view the map, including the mur routes
Have a decent amount of different routes, so as the mur you won’t just get locked in a route if bow-users are guarding the entrance/exit
