Staff members and mods who have dms off should switch to the new message request feature in discord so that people can dm them if they really have a question.
Obviously the reason why dms are off for most of them is because they don’t want to be harassed but there’s times where I would especially want to dm some of the staff team because of stuff that we could see as beneficial for the server as well as some in depth answers.
Hey! Most general questions can be answered in the #help-me channel of the Discord server. However, for more personal, sensitive, or in-depth issues, you can contact support (here). Something as unofficial as a Discord direct message would probably just lead to too much spam.
Sometimes it’s better to have some direct convo with a staff member, I have some questions for many of them but would like to hear it from them

Our staff have their direct messages closed mainly to prevent harassment and to encourage users to use the help channel, rather than directly contacting our volunteers.
