They should update either the arcade or main hub (maybe both) into a fully open world theme. You can find many NPCs walking around and maybe in the arcade can drive and park the cars. Spawn could be a beehive and maybe the quest master could have some voicelines when excepting quests such as “welcome to my shop” “have a nice day” "come back tomorrow and for quests: “Have fun” “here is your prize” “try not do die”
