The hive team should really update the release date for daily login rewards.
The rewards obviously weren’t released on the 23rd, so the hive team should either remove the release date or change it to their new planned date.

I would be surprised if they forgot about the roadmap. They are hopefully still trying to get the login rewards working and not worrying to much about it. Probably doing other stuff. I don’t think they forgot about it.
