Currently, whenever a new cosmetic (such as a new hat) releases, the page takes a while to add it. My suggestion is to update the page the day before/of the announcement of the new cosmetic. This would just be a nice feature for the people who check the website to find information or when new things release.

I remember when arcade released I wanted to see the hub titles and avatars, but they weren’t there
Splodger is responsible for keeping most of the support page articles up to date, however he does not work during the weekend and holidays (same with many other Hive Team members). Therefore there can be a small delay in updating the support page sometimes.
Cosmetics should not be added to the support page beforehand in my opinion. That simply spoils what is about to come (e.g. the propeller hat would not have been that special if everyone knew it was the last daily gift), and it would not change the fact that they do not update the support pages during the weekend / holidays. Simply be patient about it.
