What is the bug?
I finished the quest, claimed the reward but when I reopened the menu it wouldn’t let me cancel.

Is this something that is still occuring, or did rejoining the server fix it? Has anyone else experienced this issue?

I had this same glitch a few days ago, I just restarted the game and I got my points too.
