is a gamemode created by Mindcrack. You can only heal using Golden Apples, Golden Heads and Health Potions. Currently 3 popular youtube groups do UHC . Firstly is the MindCrack group, Secondly The Nexus’s group, and lastly The Cube UHC .

flower power is where you don’t have to go mining and you get the things from flowers

UHC
I remember the old days of UHC, especially on Mindcrack. It’s where I played Missile Wars. Sadly that server has shutdown so the original UHC server is gone. Also so far HIVE isn’t gonna be reaching that path to making a new game right now. Probably SkyWars will be a fitting game, but so far we’re good.
They are making a new game right now(check out the roadmap).
We don’t know much about it, except that it won’t be pvp focused
