Why would anybody use Twitter to share videos, it’s meant to share text.
There isn’t a need for this rank when you can just use other platforms for videos, like YouTube.

also this is quite a peculiar criteria, 10 followers for something as major as twitter is a cakewalk, and ‘videos only’ is exactly what YouTube rank is
