At first, I put on the turtle shell, after that I decided to change it to blue dragon wings, but when I put them on, the shell remained, and the effect disappeared. When exiting the hub, the shell was removed

Thanks for submitting a bug report.
As this is such a minor issue, we’re not looking into fixing this anytime soon. If you want the effect to reappear, you can re-equip the turtle shell to obtain the slowness in the hubs.
