So ill keep this short basically its the treasure wars shop keeper you know the drippy pig with the nose ring and stuff but as a costume you could obtain it by getting level 100 in treasure wars or if its a marketplace costume the hub title could be DRIP PIG and the avatar could be a pig with piercings and stuff.
