Will be annoying to deal with and they aren’t balanced. You literally don’t have to bridge anywhere with cannons in the game

He said that its only towards diamond summoner to mid and mid to diamond summoner. Its not like its directed towards bases.

yes but when trying to fight people they can literally just go back and forth until they regain heath they regen especially if they are low
do we really trust them to keep it balanced considering they have a gap purchase limit and they aren’t op in the slightest. Only way this would be balanced is if they despawn after a certain amount of uses

Or they could add somewhat of a 5-10 second cooldown when using a cannon so that people don’t constantly use it to go back and forth.

yes but even thats unbalanced imagine someone running straight to a cannon thats pointing to your diamond gen which you have a bridge to your base. Your treasure is gone and there is nothing you can do about it unless you have pearls
What if the use of the cannon inflicted it’s impact and pressure damage to the player? (about 5 hearts worth)
btw, I don’t think Hive necessarily have to implement the cannon at his suggestion. I havent forgotten the shop keepers and treasures he created. I love them.

everyone is trying to suggest reasons why to add the canon and they are all so pointless lol. the canon will basically ruin one of the main parts of the game which is to not fall in the void. like zach said

tl;dr - cannon would be really annoying and ruin the game
anyway the model for the canon is hella good nonetheless i just dont like the concept. great job frac

from diamond to mid, not to other bases
although I don’t like the cannons that much either, with correct “balancing” it would probably be okay
but knowing hive Itl take about 3 patches to get it to a point where it’s reasonably good

still wouldn’t matter. Still a free treasure in which you probably have ems and could void before they get to your treasure. Its not balanced at all
what i mean is someone could be at mid and cannon to your diamond gen which has a bridge to your base. basically eliminating the use of pearls
