It’s difficult for me to explain, but I’ll try. In the second sentence, you write the word das with ss, like this: das. Look at the screenshot, it’s only in the second sentence that the second “das” is affected. If you don’t know what word I mean, please look at the screenshot where I marked it.
I just mean that you have to write the ,das´´ with ss.
