Do something about all the cheaters. Especially auto-clickers.

I just played 6 rounds with completely different people each time and in every single round there was someone cheating. Whether somehow reaching me from 20 feet away, knocking me 20 feet in the air, or auto-clicking using blocks to get away or spam hit, or dropping the flag somehow without dying(??)there was always at least two people per round. It’s really ruined the game for me and a lot of people. I say there should be some undercover moderators, who play posing as regular players and then kick out the cheaters. This would be too much for EVERY round, but it would get rid of some cheaters while also leaving the fear that you might be playing with one and think twice about cheating. I don’t know much about things like this, but I really used to love this game before the surge of cheaters came.

So I fully agree that this is a problem, I’m a good pvper that can win 90% of the fights I fight, but I have had to play over 120 games of ctf to only get to level 15. There are so many cheaters in the game.
Well you can throw out the flag by throwing out one item in your hotbar, it sometimes happen when the flag carrier want others to carry the flag (But I don’t know if you are mentioning this kind of situation)
For others, yeah that’s a problem. I used to play ctf a lot to practise pvp but I always get slaughtered, at first I thought it’s because they are good kbm players and I’m mobile player I can’t really fight them🤔
Then when my friends play with me they said there are many cheaters, from reach to auto-clicking. (I can’t really know if the player is cheating or too good😭)
if theyre clicking impossibly fast. autoclickers are also relatively easy to code if you have the right programs and are therefore common lol
hive is always working or the anticheat, but it will never be perfect.
Ive played over 4000 games and have only seen like 10 blatant hackers in my games. these are likely the same people using something that changes what their visible username is, or maybe a yter who was given cheats by an owner for content. Ive played about 200 games over the past week (stat grinding) and have only seen one cheater, so I doubt its a surge of cheaters.
as crystalline said, if you use the button to drop an item while carrying the opponents flag, the flag will be dropped. this is an underrated feature thats great when you dont want the flag but want it to be captured.
I do like the idea of undercover mods though, maybe give helpers the ability to /nick and let them make more direct reports to hive (if they cant already, idk the benefits of helper)
