tbh it is, pretty sure it would also be the first pet to be a non-living thing (except for the sentient toast that can do animations), besides the rock from april fools this is essential for hive’s goal for massive variety for people.

That is a good point that I didn’t even consider. Perhaps some people would like to have a pet that makes food for you instead of needing to be fed.
