The system of "construction" and cosmetics store

The concept of interactive mechanics for obtaining cosmetics and a career for Build Battle and Speed Builder.

In honor of the release of the microhub for Build battle and the new mode, I came up with an interesting idea that everyone should like!

In the new microhub, on the left side there will be a podium the size of one block, on which a hologram of the construction will be displayed (buildings, statues, sculptures, objects, cities, anything, with each level in a different way), next to it there will be a leaderboard (on legs) and a medal buyer. The player’s task is to “build” what is depicted by the hologram from materials that can be obtained simply by playing speed builder and Build battle.

I. The system of obtaining materials:

Sources of materials: Materials for construction are obtained for participating in Build Battle and Speed Builder. The system of distributing materials by places (1 place - 100%, 2 - 50%, 3 - 25%, etc.), but with the addition of:
Quality drop probability: The chance of getting a material of a certain quality (cheap, medium, expensive) depends on the place and the quality of the material itself. For example, the chance of getting an “expensive” material at the 1st place is higher than at the 3rd. These percentages require precise balancing. You can use a probability table for each place and quality.
Daily limit: A limit is introduced on the number of materials received per day to prevent excessive farming.
Material crafting: Crafting system: 5 low-quality materials create 1 medium material, 5 medium - 1 expensive. To find out what materials you currently have, you need to open the inventory in the microhub and see the materials, their quantity and quality in the inventory slots. Visually, you can imagine this in the form of cells with material icons indicating their quality (for example, the color of the icon).

II. Construction system and rewards:

Build selection: A hologram of a random building on a podium. Clicking on the hologram opens the crafting menu.
Crafting menu: Displays the slots that need to be filled with the obtained materials and the “Build” button. After placing the materials, the construction time and potential rewards are displayed.
Rewards:
Builder’s medal (currency): The number of medals depends on the quality of the materials used for the construction (you can enter a hidden difficulty parameter for each building).

  • Experience: Similar to medals, depends on the quality of the materials.
  • Souvenir sculpture: The quality of the sculpture (in %) directly correlates with the quality of the materials used.
  • Career level

III. Sculpture collection:

Access to the collection: The “Collection” button in the crafting menu, opening a menu with a visually appealing presentation of all the collected figurines. (For reference, this menu will look like a mini-game selection menu, but instead of mini-games, your earned sculptures will be there)
Filtering: Filtering by sculpture quality

IV. Career level:

An indicator of your success in building, this is a special indicator for the leaderboard.
Display: Displayed above the building hologram and in the player’s statistics when interacting with other players.

V. Cosmetic items:

Medal buyer: Exchange medals for exclusive cosmetic items for Build Battle and Speed Builder, updated monthly.
