Team Upgrade Upgrades

Literally like all the team upgrades suck so I’m fixing them :sob:

Regeneration: Perfect 10/10 no changes :joy:

Faster Respawn: Decrease the price to 1 emerald since it’s horrible of a team upgrade right now like oh no i fell and my bed is gone if i had faster respawn i could be chased and killed 2s earlier :skull:

Strike it Lucky: Make it not luck based since Bedwars + luck = Badwars… :angry: Maybe if it was every 100 generations of loot (iron, gold, diamond combined) which is about every 40 iron on a max gen.

Starting Sword: lower the price to 25 since no one even uses it plus it only really helps if you have a big bed defense which can EASILY be broken by fireballs therefore rendering this useless. I don’t even think we need this powerup but wooden sword free so W :joy:

Enemy Alarm: make it instead warn you how close the nearest enemy is to your base with a 50 block radius, and give 5s of mining fatigue when the first person comes within 10 (one time mining fatigue) and make it 15 gold. :sweat_smile:

Luck of the Draw: instead of luck make it respawn a demoted sword variant and half your resources rounded down to the nearest 1 (emeralds, iron, gold, diamonds). If your sword is wooden, the sword will not respawn when you die unless you have starting sword. :diamond_with_a_dot:

Mining Speed: lower the price since no one wants to spend TWENTY DIAMONDS for more speed when breaking beds when at that point in game the beds are breaking in 5 minutes :joy: :sob: maybe like 10-15 diamonds?

Spawn Protection: increase the time to 10s of protection and give you 5s of protection when your bed breaks (to all forms of damage) incase you are in a fight when your bed breaks. Also, add “spawn immunity” which lasts 3 seconds and makes it so you cant be damaged by the enemy, unless you use a sword. :joy: imagine if someone lost to that…

Spawn protection: Protection for 10 seconds is absolutely brutal and too much time plus most people would just start punching enemies after they respawn removing the protection.

Luck of the draw: No why would you want this, this means if you have a wood sword upgrade and luck of the draw at the same time, then you wouldn’t have a sword when you respawn. This isn’t good as luck of the draw is luck based item recovery and having this wont be useful at all.

Mining Speed: I completely agree with you, it’s way to expensive and I don’t recall a single time I’ve used it during an actual game other than a cs.

Enemy Alarm: The mining fatigue is too OP, maybe a separate one for it because rushing in and blocking in would be pretty difficult and you’d have to wait 5 seconds for the mining fatigue to wear off whilst the opponents are digging to you trying to kill you.

Starting Sword: Agreed, 25 gold seems like a much better price.

Strike it lucky: Your suggestion might be a little too slow how about every 20 pieces of iron because 40 is too much.

Faster respawn: Agreed one emerald seems better.

Regeneration: Perfect

All good except for Luck of the draw, This is the one time luck is good.

This is almost exactly like my Upgrade upgrade But with thebnew ones

I do think the upgrades need an upgrade; I personally have bought like two whole upgrades in my life, and that was only for a quest. (I’m exaggerating)

The spawn protection should definitely not be increased. I would be ok with the price being lowered.

Luck of the draw should allow you to keep whatever item is in your main hand.

Haste should cost more like 5 diamonds or less.

Strike it lucky should just be removed.

I think starting sword is a useless one; ender chests are always near your spawn, and spawn protection allows you enough time to access your chest. Most people can just get a sword and put it in the chest right after their first rush so it’s ready to go if they die with someone at their base. The other thing is you could put a diamond or iron sword in the chest, which is better than wood, if you don’t know. Just remove this upgrade
